A more contemporary look using concrete paneling, reclaimed wood, smooth cement plaster and structural steel canopies replaced the old 25,250 SF façade of what was an aging 1950s suburban shopping center badly in need of a modern facelift to attract national retail chains and shoppers, with Whole Foods already moving in as anchor tenant.
